Straight answers before we roll.
Do you come to me?
Yes. We are mobile. We come to your house, your work, or wherever the vehicle can sit while we work. You do not need a ride to a shop.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. We work with most insurance companies and help with the claim. Your deductible depends on your policy. We check it and tell you what you will pay before we start. You can also pay us direct. No surprise fees either way.
Can you repair it, or does it need a new windshield?
We look at it and tell you the truth. A small chip can often be filled. A long crack, damage in the driver's line of sight, or glass that is already letting go needs a new windshield. We will tell you why.
How long does a windshield take?
Most windshields take about one to two hours, depending on the vehicle. The glue needs time to set. We tell you when it is safe to drive before we pack up.
What glass do you use?
Glass that fits the vehicle the way it should, with a clear view and glue that holds. We do not put in the cheapest piece we can find.
Do you tint windows?
Not yet. Tint is coming for the New Mexico sun — heat, glare, and that dashboard that cracks in July. Ask when you call. We are not booking tint until the film is on the truck.
Where do you work?
Albuquerque is home. We also go to Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, Roswell, Farmington, Taos, Alamogordo, and the rest of New Mexico. If you are not sure we will make the drive, call anyway.
